Alex King has posted a list of the plugins that he’s authored that lets you know whether or not they are compatible with 2.3. One thing I do find interesting is the fact that he lists Popularity Contest as tested but broken in 2.3. I use that plugin on this site and it appears to be working just fine, so I’m not sure if it simply did not work when he tested it with 2.3 or what the case is there.
If you use any of his plugins and have upgraded to 2.3, this list should be fairly helpful to you.
