Just a quick question - who is your favorite domain registrar? Mine is GoDaddy.com hands down. I have never had any problems with them. I’ve used them for a few years now and I love them. I have a couple of domain names that are going on their 4th year of registration and have always been registered through them.
I remember purchasing domain names through the Network Solutions website. It was literally the only way to do it, AND it was $75 to register a domain for 2 years. I registered 3 domain names and charged $225 to my debit card within a span of about 3 months. (For those curious - liontamers.com, hartchick.net, and uwfna.com.) Yeah it was expensive as hell to do it, but it was also $10 years ago.
My next domain name, RainbowsNVelvet.com I got from NameSecure. I bought it through Tripod hosting, so there you have that. Then I got into the whole “domain that goes with the hosting account” deal. Finally, I started using GoDaddy.com to register the domains and started buying my hosting seperately.
Right now I have about 9 domain names registered through GoDaddy. I used to have 10 but let 1 go due to non-use of the domain. In any case, I love GoDaddy. Who’s your favorite?
